The Albanese Labor Government is continuing to assist sheep farmers, livestock transport operators and regional communities through the phase out of live sheep exports by sea, with further funding opening this month for two transition programs.
Tasmanian communities and organisations will be able to continue to invest in and develop community-led drought and climate initiatives, with the Albanese and Rockliff governments investing $4.4 million through to 2029.
